The Asia Simulation Federation recently held a special study meeting on Compliance Management Systems Requirements with Guidance for Use (ISO 37301: 2021) at the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, International College, Beihang University, to deploy international compliance certification work. Professor Zhang Lin , President of the Asia Simulation Federation, Professor Weng Jingnong, Secretary-General, Mr. Yang Xiaohui, Vice Secretary-General, and all members of ASIASIM Secretariat attended the meeting. The meeting specially invited an expert team from the internationally authoritative certification organization, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), to give on-site lectures to provide professional guidance for the international compliance construction of ASIASIM.

During the training, the instructor gave a detailed introduction to the compliance management system certification service field, and all participants studied carefully. ISO 37301:2021 is the core standard of the compliance management system issued by the International Organization for Standardization, which provides a systematic framework for international organizations to avoid legal risks and improve governance effectiveness. The instructor emphasized in the training: “This standard requires organizations to form a closed loop from leadership commitment, risk control, to cultural cultivation, especially for high-risk areas such as data security and intellectual property rights in cross-border scientific and technological cooperation. It has rigid constraints.”

Secretary-General Weng Jingnong pointed out in his speech: “As an important international organization in the global simulation field, the Asia Simulation Federation’s ISO 37301 certification is not only a sign of fulfilling its social responsibility, but also a strategic measure to ensure the safety of cross-border collaboration among member units and enhance international credibility.” ASIASIM will continue to promote the implementation of the ISO 37301: 2021 standard. All departments will transform the standard requirements into specific tasks to build the ASIASIM compliance management system plan.
