On February 7, at the beginning of the Chinese New Year, Junxuan Li, the Senior Manager of the Education Cooperation Department at Dassault Systèmes Greater China, led a delegation of three individuals to Beihang University. They held a strategic cooperation exchange meeting with key leaders from the Asia Simulation Federation. Attendees included Jingnong Weng, Secretary-General of ASIASIM; Song Xiao, Vice Secretary-General; Cui Yong, a federation expert; Bai Rui, Technical Director of the SIMULIA brand in Greater China (attending online); Zhang Yanji, Senior Technical Manager of the SIMULIA brand in Greater China; and Dong Wenhao, Sales Manager of the Education Cooperation Department of Greater China. Additionally, staff members from the ASIASIM Secretariat were present at the meeting to participate in the discussions.
Based on the strategic cooperation framework agreement signed earlier, the two sides conducted extensive exchanges in multiple fields, particularly in international talent training, academic exchanges, and collaborative innovation in simulation technology research, the focus of cooperation has been clarified, and consensus has been reached.

1. Cultivation of Top Innovative Talents in International Simulation Technology
The two sides discussed strategies for developing talent training in international simulation technology using Dassault Systèmes’ education, training, and certification platform, known as the 3D Experience Platform. They emphasized the importance of enhancing student capabilities through curriculum development, practical applications, and certification. Additionally, they highlighted the need to focus on cultivating internationally minded, innovative, and versatile professionals in the field of simulation technology.
2. International Academic Exchanges & Innovative Scientific Research Projects
The two sides held comprehensive discussions on the 2025 Global Simulation Conference, the 2025 Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA China User Conference, international competitions related to simulation, generative AI-enabled virtual simulation, and digital lunar modeling and simulation research.
3. ASIASIM Membership Development Matters
They discussed Dassault Systèmes’ application to become a member of ASIASIM 2025, marking the first year of ASIASIM’s development. As a leading company with significant influence in the global simulation technology industry, Dassault Systèmes has actively participated in the construction and development of the Asia Simulation Federation. Both parties have collaborated to establish a new trend of mutually beneficial cooperation, set a clear direction for the future, and contributed to the advancement of global scientific and technological cooperation in simulation technology and talent development.
