The Bangladesh Society for Modeling and Simulation(BSMS) was established by scientists, academics, and professionals from different universities, industries, and research institutions throughout Bangladesh. The society aims to emerge as a global center of excellence in modeling and simulation technologies, widely utilized in various fields, including engineering, natural sciences, culture, life sciences, education, entertainment, military, agriculture, business, and economics.

The society dedicates itself to the following activities:

1. Advance excellence in modeling and simulation by encouraging and upholding the highest standards of practice and research across diverse domains, including science, engineering, business, and agriculture, while promoting their effective application in various industries.

2. Provide facilities such as a data center and high-performance computing lab to create a better simulation environment with the collaboration of industries and universities.

4. To encourage continuous learning and career growth, Provide top-tier educational opportunities, such as summer programs, Conferences, workshops, professional development courses, and certification programs.
