The Secretariat, as the executive body of the Federation, is responsible for the overall coordination of the daily operations and management of ASIASIM. Its main responsibilities include organizing and coordinating all functional departments and relevant institutions to ensure the smooth implementation of the annual work plan; coordinating the activities of all branches, representative offices, and affiliated entities; drafting internal governance regulations and submitting them to the Council/Board for deliberation and decision-making; and handling other routine administrative affairs of the Federation to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all organizational functions.
