Simulation Lights the Future, Youth Create Without Boundaries

Following the success of the first International Summer School in 2025, which brought together participants from 13 countries and pioneered cross-cultural simulation education, the 2nd ASIASIM International Summer School will once again take place in the summer of 2026.

We sincerely invite young students and young scientists from the global simulation community to gather in Hangzhou and embark on this exciting journey together.

01 THE FIRST WEEK

(1)Course Arrangement

The summer school focuses on four major areas:

system modeling and simulation

electrical and motor technologies

drone control

artificial intelligence

          It aims to create a platform that integrates academic exchange with practical training.

Each course module will be led by experienced professors, senior lecturers, or industry experts in the relevant fields.

03 ABOUT BEIHANG

Beihang University Hangzhou International Campus


This summer school will be held at Beihang University Hangzhou International Campus. The campus is located in the core area of Hangzhou West Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and is adjacent to the Liangzhu Culture Archaeological Site, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The first phase of the campus covers approximately 1,000 mu, with a total built-up area of around 770,000–780,000 square meters. It features advanced teaching and research facilities, comprehensive living amenities, and a green, eco-friendly campus environment. Guided by the principles of “connectivity, openness, security, convenience, and empowerment of science and education,” the campus is designed to become a leading smart digital campus.

The campus is equipped with modern laboratories, an international conference center, apartment-style dormitories, and a variety of academic and cultural spaces. According to its long-term development plan, the campus is expected to serve 10,000 students, with graduate students making up over 60% of the student population.


04 ABOUT HANGZHOU

“There is paradise in heaven, and on earth there are Suzhou and Hangzhou”.

Hangzhou is one of China’s eight ancient capitals, with a history of more than 2,200 years. It is home to three UNESCO World Heritage Sites: West Lake, the Grand Canal, and the Archaeological Ruins of Liangzhu City.

Today, Hangzhou is recognized as a leading hub of China’s digital economy. As the home to the headquarters of renowned companies such as Alibaba, DeepSeek, and Hikvision, the city represents a unique integration of ancient cultural heritage and cutting-edge innovation.
