News | Hangzhou Urban Construction & Investment Group Visits ASIASIM

On March 13, Shu Tao, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Hangzhou Urban Construction & Investment Group Service Co., Ltd.; Zhu Liying, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager; Zheng Fuzhen, General Manager of the Consulting, Education, and Training Division; and Zhou Xieyang, General Manager of the Cultural Services Division, led a delegation to visit Asia Simulation Federation (ASIASIM) for research and exchange. Weng Jingnong, Secretary-General of ASIASIM; Gong Weixi, Standing Member of the Advisory Committee of ASIASIM and former Director of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO); Pan Zhigeng, Professor at Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University; and members of the Secretariat participated in the discussion. The visiting guests toured the office and research environment of ASIASIM and engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as trends in simulation technology development, the construction of international exchange platforms, and industrial cooperation.

During the discussion, the two sides focused on topics such as hosting international conferences, connecting industrial resources, cooperation in training and think tanks, the technology transfer and commercialization, and industrial investment. Both parties expressed that, in the future, they will leverage the international resource advantages of ASIASIM and the industrial platform and service capabilities of Hangzhou Urban Investment Group to further strengthen coordination in areas such as international conferences and events, industrial exchange and cooperation, and technological innovation and technology transfer. They will explore multi-level cooperation models, jointly promote the integrated development of simulation technology with fields such as artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and life sciences, and work together to help Hangzhou build a globally influential hub for scientific and technological innovation.
