On the afternoon of June 26, a delegation from the China Academy of Art visited ASIASIM and the Beihang University International Innovation Institute. Xiaofen Wang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Dean of the International Education College and the Nantes Design Joint College of the China Academy of Art, and Yichen Du, Director of the Experimental Center of the Nantes Design Joint College, led the delegation in visiting ASIASIM’s research and office facilities. The delegation held in-depth discussions with Professor Jingnong Weng, Secretary-General of ASIASIM, and Yingdi Wang, Deputy Director of the Student Affairs Department of the Beihang University International Innovation Institute, focusing on opportunities for cross-disciplinary collaboration and the integration of art, science, and technology.

During the discussion, both sides engaged in extensive exchanges on interdisciplinary collaboration between art and simulation technology. They reached consensus on several areas of cooperation, including jointly organizing simulation art exhibitions and artwork collections, co-developing campus visual culture initiatives, and promoting interdisciplinary exchanges and visits among students.

After the meeting, the delegation toured the Beihang University Hangzhou International Campus and expressed strong appreciation for the campus environment and infrastructure development. Both sides expressed expectations to further strengthen interaction in areas such as art–technology integration and student exchanges, learn from each other’s strengths, and explore more opportunities for future collaboration.
