GloSim 2026: A New Voyage

As the global technological revolution and industrial transformation continue to advance, simulation technology is entering a new phase of development, shifting from rule-driven approaches toward AI-generated models. The deep integration of Physical AI and digital twins is creating new connections between virtual and physicalenvironments, opening up new possibilities for complex system analysis and innovation. From closed-loop validation in intelligent driving and efficiency improvements in the new energy sector to path planning for deep-space exploration and more precise public governance, simulation technology has become an essential foundation for addressing complex global challenges and supporting sustainable development. The vision of “Simulation Driving Global Collaborative Innovation” has gained widespread recognition among the international community.


To strengthen global collaboration in simulation technology, promote academic exchange and industry cooperation, and accelerate the application of emerging technologies, the 2026 Global Simulation Conference (GloSim 2026) will be held from November 13 to 16, 2026, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. The 2026 International Simulation Technology Exhibition will also be held alongside the conference.

The conference will be hosted by the Asia Simulation Federation, with support from leading organizations including the China Simulation Federation, Japan Society for Simulation Technology, Korean Society for Simulation, Society of Simulation and Gaming of Singapore, Malaysian Simulation Society, Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS), Federation of European Simulation Societies, and China Industrial Cooperation Association. Under the theme of “AI-Driven Global Simulation Innovation and Collaborative Governance”, the conference will bring together leading experts, scholars, industry leaders, and technology professionals from around the world to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and foster collaboration in the field of simulation.

The event will adopt a “Main Forum + Parallel Sessions + Exhibition” format, featuring one main forum, multiple thematic sessions, and a range of activities, including expert dialogues, releases of new achievements and standards, presentations of outstanding international simulation cases, award ceremonies, and cooperation signing ceremonies. The International Simulation Technology Exhibition will feature dedicated exhibition areas covering industrial simulation software, industrial high-performance computing cloud platforms, automotive technologies, aerospace, engineering and manufacturing simulation, and technological innovation, showcasing the latest advancements and application cases in simulation technology.

The conference will feature keynote presentations and expert dialogues, bringing together distinguished scholars, experts, and industry leaders from the global simulation and related fields. Participants will include internationally recognized researchers, experts associated with prestigious scientific awards, academicians, and executives from leading companies, along with representatives from major international scientific and technological organizations such as the Asian Simulation Federation, European Simulation Federation, and Society for Modelling and Simulation International. Through these discussions, the conference will explore innovative solutions and cross-sector collaboration opportunities enabled by simulation technology, examine its role in advancing emerging industries and global innovation, and discuss new directions for the integration of simulation technology with digital transformation and industrial development.

The conference’s parallel sessions will explore a broad range of emerging and interdisciplinary areas in simulation technology, including Physical AI, intelligent simulation and data governance, aerospace and automotive simulation, embodied intelligence, robotics and AI-enabled toys, smart healthcare simulation and brain-computer interfaces, virtual experimental simulation and industry-education integration, industrial simulation software and large-scale industrial AI models, advanced EDA and multiphysics simulation, low-altitude transportation technologies and reliability, social environments and the digital economy, as well as youth innovation and development. Through these sessions, the conference will highlight the latest developments in simulation science, advanced technologies, state-of-the-art products, and real-world applications, while providing an international platform for collaboration, exchange, and innovation.

Global Call for Papers

With the vision of “Simulation for Everything”, the Global Simulation Conference invites original research papers on digital simulation theories, methods, and emerging technologies across various industries, including but not limited to the following areas:

  1. Simulation innovation theories, models, and simulation methodologies

  2. Physical AI, world models, and design simulation

  3. Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and multiphysics simulation

  4. Industry-specific large-scale AI models, embodied intelligence, and unmanned systems simulation

  5. Simulation system Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) and credibility assessment technologies

  6. Modelling and simulation of complex systems and intelligent systems

  7. Industrial Internet and cloud manufacturing

  8. Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and metaverse technologies

  9. Social systems, environment, and digital economy

  10. Digital engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), virtual prototyping, digital twin technologies, and applications

  11. Applications of simulation technology in engineering, energy, transportation, biomedicine, disaster prevention and mitigation, education, entertainment, and other fields

The conference invites submissions of original research papers. Accepted English papers will be recommended for EI indexing, while selected outstanding papers will be recommended for publication in journals including International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing, Complex System Modeling and Simulation, Metaverse, and Journal of System Simulation (ESCI/EI-indexed journals).

International Simulation

Technology Exhibition

As a key component of the 2026 Global Simulation Conference, the International Simulation Technology Exhibition will be held from November 14 to 15, 2026, alongside the conference. Located at the Conference Center of the Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University in Hangzhou, the exhibition is expected to attract more than 1,000 visitors, including researchers, industry representatives, and students.

The exhibition will focus on advanced simulation technologies and their industrial applications, highlighting developments in industrial simulation software, industrial high-performance computing cloud platforms, automotive and aerospace simulation, engineering and manufacturing simulation, and other areas of technological innovation. It aims to provide a professional platform for technology exchange, technology transfer, and industry collaboration, enabling exhibitors to engage with global simulation experts, scholars, industry leaders, and professionals.

Enterprises, universities, research institutions, and related organizations engaged in simulation technology development, applications, and industry sectors are invited to participate in the exhibition. Conference Highlights of

GloSim 2025


In September 2025, the 2025 Global Simulation Conference (GloSim 2025) successfully concluded in Hangzhou. Centered on the theme of “Intelligent Simulation and Data Governance”, the conference gathered nearly 1,000 experts, scholars, and technology professionals from more than 30 countries and regions, with representatives from nearly 100 universities and over 200 leading companies across various industries.

At the Main Forum, the conference released the Ten Frontier Issues in Simulation Science and Technology and the Declaration on Shaping the Digital World through Modeling and Simulation. A cooperation agreement was also signed between Beihang University and the National Institute for Pure and Applied Mathematics of Brazil. The event also witnessed the launch of several emerging technologies, including Dassault Systèmes’ next generation “Digital Heart”, SABRE2025, an advanced CAE software for autonomous structural analysis developed by the China Aircraft Strength Research Institute, and the domestically developed CFD software ASO.

The conference featured 14 parallel forums, bringing together more than 120 speakers to discuss key topics including intelligent simulation, aerospace, industrial software, and life sciences. Alongside the conference, the first International Simulation Technology Exhibition was held, showcasing achievements in industrial simulation software, high-performance computing, and the low-altitude economy. The conference also organized visits for participants to leading technology companies and innovation platforms, including Alibaba Cloud, AI Town, and Unitree Robotics.

In 2026, the Global Simulation Conference will return to Hangzhou, continuing to provide a platform for simulation exchange and collaboration in Asia and around the world. We look forward to welcoming colleagues from across the globe to this annual event.

Asia Simulation Federation

The Asia Simulation Federation (ASIASIM) is an international non-profit organization that promotes global cooperation in simulation technology. It was jointly established by China Simulation Federation, Japan Society for Simulation Technology, Korea Society for Simulation, Society of Simulation and Gaming of Singapore, and the Malaysian Simulation Society. In December 2024, ASIASIM was officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of China and gained independent legal entity status.

ASIASIM believes that simulation is becoming an essential technology for connecting the physical and digital worlds in the AI era. Across industries such as aerospace, intelligent manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and urban development, simulation is helping organizations understand complex systems, make better decisions, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation. Guided by the vision of “Simulation for Everything”, ASIASIM aims to promote simulation technology as a widely used capability across industries and support future development.

ASIASIM connects Asia with the world by promoting collaboration among industry, academia, and research through simulation technology in the AI era. The federation brings together universities, research institutions, enterprises, industry organizations, and government platforms to support cooperation in research, technology development, application, standards, talent development, and international exchange. Through simulation, research outcomes can be applied faster, industry needs can better guide research, and AI models, engineering models, and industry knowledge can work together to solve real-world challenges.

As of July 2026, ASIASIM has more than 70 member organizations from nearly 20 countries and regions, bringing together over 2,000 experts and a global network of partners. The federation has launched several key platforms and initiatives, including the Global Simulation Conference, Asia Simulation Conference, International Journal of Modeling, Simulation, and Scientific Computing (IJMSSC), international summer schools, and the International Simulation Innovation Competition.

ASIASIM welcomes organizations interested in simulation technology and digital transformation.
