Founded in September 2021, Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing is a national-level high-tech enterprise with artificial intelligence and robotics technology at its core. The company is deeply engaged in the intelligent life sciences industry, providing full-process automation and intelligent products and solutions for fields such as chemical pharmaceuticals, advanced materials, and modern chemical engineering. It is committed to making simulation a new infrastructure for scientific research and industry.

Technology and Product Capabilities

Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing has built an independently controllable core technology system centered on AIRS (AI + Robotics + Simulation), with its business covering two major directions: scientific research experiment automation and intelligent manufacturing education. Simulation technology runs through the underlying layer of its products, serving system modeling, path planning, scenario construction, strategy optimization, and digital twin verification, thereby upgrading products from traditional equipment to intelligent systems that are “predictable, verifiable, and optimizable”.

In the field of experimental automation and intelligence, the company integrates cutting-edge technologies such as cloud computing/edge computing and embodied intelligence to create automated experimental equipment capable of automatic liquid dispensing, sample addition, reaction control, and closed-loop data analysis. The system builds an automated experimental environment through a configuration-based approach, integrating a discrete event simulation engine and data analysis algorithms. This enables a leapfrog upgrade from traditional empirical judgment to simulation-based prediction, providing predictive process planning and dynamic optimization solutions for chemical experiments.

In the intelligent manufacturing industry training scenario, Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing, as the core team of Academician Li Bohu, has comprehensively constructed a technical system for the Industrial Metaverse. Since 2022, the company has continuously promoted the complete closed loop of the Industrial Metaverse from theoretical research to industrial implementation, and has accumulated substantial scientific research achievements. Relying on this system, the company provides one-stop solutions covering data, production, interaction, and application for universities and industrial training. This enables real-time mapping of industrial data, rapid generation of scenarios, convenient human-in-the-loop interaction, and timely transformation of knowledge. Students can complete path planning, process verification, and skill training within the simulation environment before transitioning to real equipment for execution, thereby helping customers build a safer, more efficient, and scalable talent cultivation system.

Currently, the company has accumulated nearly 100 patent applications and granted patents as well as software copyrights, and continues to advance standardization research and the tackling of common industry technical challenges. It has successively received multiple awards and honors, including the “First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress of the Military” and the “Second Prize for National Textbook Construction”. At the same time, as the supporting unit of the New Industry Virtual Simulation Training Committee of the China Simulation Federation, the company won the 2025 Second Prize for Innovative Technology of the China Simulation Federation, and CEO Professor Li Tan was appointed as a Director of the Global Metaverse Conference (GMC).

Service Capabilities and Industry Influence

The 7×24-hour automated synthesis workstation and AI reaction recommendation algorithm independently developed by Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing have been deployed in tasks such as high-throughput screening, organic synthesis, standard solution preparation, and optimization of complex organic molecule synthesis pathways. These solutions achieve repeatable and highly reliable automated operation, significantly shortening R&D cycles, reducing manual trial-and-error costs, and improving experimental safety.

The company’s technologies and products have been widely applied in fields such as drug R&D, modern chemical engineering, advanced materials, and petroleum energy. Its partners include top-tier research institutions and leading enterprises both domestically and internationally, such as the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR) of Singapore, Boehringer Ingelheim, Arkema, Humanwell Healthcare, and Agilent.

As a benchmark for industry innovation, the company’s scientific research and technological achievements have been repeatedly featured by media outlets including CCTV and China Daily. In 2024, during an inspection in Jiangxi Province, Premier Li Qiang of the State Council listened to the company’s report on new industrial training and affirmed its practices and progress in technological innovation and industrial integration.

Ecological Collaboration: Building a New Simulation Ecosystem

As a member of the Asia Simulation Federation (ASIASIM), Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing has always regarded simulation technology as a key driver for advancing the upgrading of scientific research and manufacturing. Leveraging the company’s practical experience and the Alliance’s resources, the two sides are working together to promote the technical practice of “AI + Simulation” and bring it to fruition in more scientific research and industrial scenarios.

The company will continue to collaborate with Alliance partners in areas such as open test scenarios, model validation, demonstration applications, and experience exchange. It will support universities and research institutions in conducting technical research and engineering teaching, cultivating professionals with practical capabilities in the fields of simulation and automation. At the same time, Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to participate in the Alliance’s seminars and collaborative research, providing engineering evidence for the large-scale application of simulation technology in the life sciences and high-end manufacturing sectors, and contributing to the industry’s collective efforts to refine methodological systems, validation pathways, and technical standards.

Outlook: Harnessing the Power of Simulation to Sail Toward a Self-Driven Scientific Future

In the future, Qingkui Intelligent Manufacturing will continue to deeply cultivate the integrated field of “AI + Robotics + Simulation”, with technological innovation at its core and ecological collaboration as its bond, to drive the development of automated laboratories and self-driven science. The company looks forward to joining hands with the Asia Simulation Federation and partners across the industry to jointly build an open, shared, and collaborative simulation technology ecosystem, contributing to the high-quality development of China’s scientific simulation industry—driving scientific progress with simulation and empowering industrial upgrading with intelligence.
